PLAINVIEW-OLD BETHPAGE PUBLIC LIBRARY MINUTES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Joseph Eisner called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM in Meeting Rooms C and D of the Library. Present were Trustees Elaine Gross, Marilyn Leibowitz, Stefanie Nelkens and Michael Polansky, Library Director Gretchen Browne, Recording Secretary Ruth Guarnera and staff member Sandi Silkes.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None PROPOSED BUDGET: The Trustees examined the budget line by line, questioned a number of items and made recommendations for additions and deletions to the budget. The Trustees requested Mr. Coster be consulted for wording on a footnote to be added to the budget explaining the expenses and revenues for the new Circulation desk.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Mrs. Gross moved the meeting be adjourned. Mrs. Nelkens seconded and upon unanimous vote, the meeting ended at 8:55 PM.
