Library Museum Policies

Museum passes may be borrowed by Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library cardholders only who are 18 years of age or older. The cardholder must be clear of fines over $5.00. Only one museum pass per family may be borrowed at a time.

Passes may be reserved up to 30 days in advance online, in person in the Community Service Office or by telephone (516) 938-0077 X 540.

Passes may be borrowed overnight and returned within one half hour before closing on the due date. Pick up your reservation at the Circulation Desk. The library closes at 5:30 pm on Saturdays; all other days we close at 9:00 pm.

A family may visit a particular museum once every 30 days with our pass.

Passes and information packets must be returned together. They cannot be returned in the book drop.

Late charges are $20.00 per day. Please return passes promptly so they can be enjoyed by other families.
